We had a lovely stay in a studio! The free coffee and tea in the lobby and the fully equipped kitchen made our experience delightful, although the bed was quite firm, which left us with back pain. I would definitely return!

The hotel benefits from an excellent location, with easy access to local shops and attractions, including popular Christmas markets. The separate lounge area in the apartment was spacious and convenient for family gatherings. However, some design choices were frustrating, such as difficult-to-pull knobs on storage and a warning against using the microwave's grill feature. The mattress protector was not clean, and this oversight marred the overall experience.

The apartment was cozy and ideal for families. We particularly enjoyed the easy stroll along the nearby Rhine River, only about 500 meters away. Having a fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook whenever we wanted, making our stay that much better.

In my wife’s opinion, a few more family-friendly kitchen utensils would improve our stay.

It was just a good pick for a whistle-stop in Cologne with value for price. The front desk staff was super friendly and helped us with our requests promptly. Keep in mind that noise from the street can get loud at night.

i stayed for 4 nights in a one-bedroom apartment. i appreciated the spacious layout and the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen. the location was perfect for exploring cologne, exceeding my expectations during my walks around the city.

So we stayed for a night in a studio. The place was nice, location was super close to the city center, and the room was equipped like a small apartment. The kitchen was handy, but the cleaning was a bit lacking – didn't get cleaned during our stay. Nice vibe overall!

good stay but some room for improvement

The staff made a great impression. the woman at check-in allowed us to store our bags early and suggested a complimentary coffee. The room was spacious, featuring a kitchenette and a sliding door that minimized hallway noise. The shower had amazing pressure, and towels were provided along with body wash and shampoo, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. It’s nice to have the kitchen area for light meals as well. I appreciated that I could walk to the shopping area in about 10 minutes—what a great location!

We had a lovely stay! The studio was spacious with a well-equipped kitchenette and great shower pressure. The only downside was the firmness of the bed, which caused some discomfort.
